A rigorous multi-rater methodology covering clinical performance, communication, and leadership, delivered entirely by AI and coordinated by your team.

Self-assessment

The physician completes an AI-led self-reflection interview, typically 20 to 30 minutes.

Protected anonymity

Colleague responses are synthesised and paraphrased, not quoted verbatim. This removes linguistic fingerprints that could identify individuals, even in small departments.

The AI distinguishes actionable development feedback from venting or interpersonal conflict. Only clinically relevant themes surface in the report.

Serious concern escalation

Where a colleague discloses a patient safety concern, the system follows a structured escalation protocol, including obtaining consent to identify the rater where required.

CPD-mapped reporting

Reports are structured around the MBA Professional Performance Framework categories of Reviewing Performance and Measuring Outcomes, to support CPD submission. College accreditation is in progress.

Data sovereignty

All data stored and processed in Australia (AWS Sydney region). Designed for the Australian Privacy Act and hospital information governance requirements.

Where required by your organisation, supervisors can review feedback and add notes before the physician accesses their debrief, maintaining existing governance structures.
